Frozen food which is warmer than 10°F (-12°C) should be discarded or promptly prepared for service. Never refreeze meat, poultry or seafood/fish! Prevent defrosting by using our insulated thermal bags immediately upon purchasing temperature sensitive foods.
Once food is cooked, keep it hot until served. Leaving food at room temperature or less than 140°F (60°C) for more than 2 hours (including preparation time) may allow food borne illness germs to multiply.
